Get Started with Bodi GM in our beginner series.  We provide you with an eating guide and online intro workouts to get you familiar with our program.  If you are just starting a workout plan or just may not be used to  the rigorous 30 Minute Burn workouts, or not sure how and what to eat to reach your goals, this is the program for you.  We will condition your body and get you results in the process.  Clients lose as much as 12 lbs and 10 inches in the first month.  Once you have completed this 30 day program you can become a general Online Unlimited member ($49/month) and take our 30 Minute Burn and Bodi Camp classes.

To get you started we provide you with the following:
